Participation in Ramah Digital's creator ecosystem is subject to applicable eligibility requirements, content standards, and commercial agreements.

Authentic Representation
Creators must not knowingly misrepresent properties, experiences, prices, safety conditions, or commercial offers.

Sponsored Content
Material commercial relationships must be disclosed where required by law and platform rules.

Content Rights
Creators must own or have appropriate permission to publish their content. They must respect intellectual-property rights, privacy, and relevant permissions for people appearing in their work.

Creator Earnings
Where a creator participates in an approved revenue-sharing program, earnings depend on the written terms of that program. Those terms must specify qualifying transactions, attribution rules, commission calculations, cancellations, refunds, settlement schedules, and disputes.
No creator should be promised earnings merely for joining or publishing content.

Creator-Led Experiences
Creators offering experiences may be subject to additional requirements relating to safety, service delivery, qualifications, permits, and customer protection.

Community Responsibilities
Creators operating Circles or other communities must respect participant privacy, communicate membership conditions clearly, and comply with applicable moderation and safety requirements.
