01
Before Booking
Customers should review the listing description, dates, location, price, included services, restrictions, cancellation conditions, and payment method.
For accommodation, customers should also review applicable occupancy limits, check-in and check-out conditions, and property rules. For experiences, customers should review meeting points, schedules, participation requirements, and disclosed safety considerations.
02
Booking Confirmation
A booking is confirmed only after the applicable reservation process is completed. The customer should receive confirmation identifying the provider, reservation details, and relevant conditions.
If confirmation is unclear, customers should contact the provider or Ramah Digital before making travel arrangements based on the reservation.
03
Payment at the Property
Where a booking permits payment at the property, the customer pays the provider according to the disclosed conditions. Any deposit, guarantee, cancellation penalty, or other charge must be disclosed before confirmation.
04
Direct Payments to Providers
Where a provider accepts payment directly, the provider is responsible for communicating authorized payment instructions and issuing appropriate receipts.
Customers should avoid sending funds to unverified personal accounts or unfamiliar payment destinations. Ramah Digital cannot automatically reverse transactions conducted independently through third-party payment channels.
05
Customer Cancellations
Customers may request cancellation through the available platform process or the appropriate provider communication channel. Refund eligibility depends on the conditions accepted at booking and applicable law.
A free-cancellation booking should not incur a cancellation charge within the agreed cancellation window. A non-refundable booking may have different conditions, but mandatory legal protections continue to apply.
06
Provider Cancellations
If a provider cannot honor a confirmed booking, the provider should promptly inform the customer and cooperate in resolving the matter. Depending on the circumstances and applicable obligations, the provider may be required to offer a refund or another appropriate remedy.
Alternative arrangements must not be represented as accepted without the customer's agreement.
07
No-Shows and Late Arrivals
No-show charges and late-arrival rules must be clearly disclosed where applicable. Providers should not impose undisclosed penalties.
08
Changes to Reservations
Changes to dates, guest counts, schedules, or services may depend on availability and provider approval. Any additional charges should be disclosed before the customer accepts a change.
09
Experience Cancellations
Some experiences may be affected by weather, safety concerns, transportation disruptions, or other circumstances. Providers should communicate material changes promptly and apply the disclosed cancellation terms, subject to applicable law.
10
Disputes
Customers should first document the issue and contact the responsible provider where appropriate. Ramah Digital may help review booking records and facilitate communication.
Dispute handling does not remove the rights or responsibilities of either party under applicable law. Booking assistance: info@ramahdigital.online.
